Oven-proof Pastry

 

Chicken pie
Product stuffed with chicken meat, soy and spices, enclosed in a crispy pastry of soft wheat flour and vegetable margarine.
Cooking: Without thawing, put in a preheated oven at 200ºC - 210ºC and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let brown the product to finish cooking.

 

Sausage puff pastry
Product stuffed with pig meat sausage, enclosed in a crispy pastry of soft wheat flour and vegetable margarine.
Cooking: Without thawing, put in a preheated oven at 200ºC - 210ºC and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let brown the product to finish cooking.

 

Cheese and ham puff pastry
Product stuffed with a slice of ham and cheese, enclosed in a crispy pastry of soft wheat flour and vegetable margarine.
Cooking: Without thawing, put in a preheated oven at 200ºC - 210ºC and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Let brown the product to finish cooking.

 

Puff pastry
Soft wheat flour and vegetable margarine product, placed in alternate layers. After cooking, the puff pastry is light and crisp.
Cooking: Thaw about 30 minutes to an hour. With a rolling pin, roll out and shape to your taste. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 15-20 minutes. Let brown the product to finish cooking.
