Typical Portuguese Christmas product, half-moon shaped, stuffed with sweet potato, enclosed in a smooth dough of soft wheat flour.
Cooking: Without thawing, fry few doughnuts by turns in hot oil (160ºC-170ºC) for 4 to 7 minutes. Advice: after frying, coated with sugar and cinnamon then serve.
Pumpkin doughnut

Product, stuffed with apple pieces jam and cinnamon, enclosed in soft dough of soft wheat flour and egg.
Cooking: Without thawing, fry in hot oil (170ºC-180ºC) for 4 to 7 minutes. Advice: after frying, coated with sugar and cinnamon.
